Michael is an young idealist man who gets the job of his life by becoming the coordinator of the UN’s Oil-for-Food Program. After a war program he discovers that he is participating in a multi-million dollar fraud in which corrupt diplomats. Initially Michael has the support of his boss and mentor, but when he realizes that corruption reaches the highest levels, he knows that the only way to stop fraud is to reveal everything.
