The doctor is a notorious villain carrying a plan for enslaving earthlings. He has a high level of intelligence and makes periodic attacks on civilians in order to clear the territory of any living creatures, populating the surroundings with robots created under his leadership. His ideal world will soon find his dreamer. He will call the empire built in his own name and will rule obedient subjects, strictly following his instructions. To counter the destruction of the planet, the hedgehog and his human friend will try to intervene and upset the villainous plans by entering the fight against the cruel criminal.
